Will this case work with my earphone?

iLocket works with Apple earphones that come with iPod, iTouch, and iPhone. If you have a different earphone, please check the earphone's 'Y' juntion. If the 'Y' juntion is smaller than 12mm x 8mm x 4mm, it will fit in.

How much does this cost?

The price of each iLocket winding case is $4.19 USD.

How much is the shipping?

Regular USPS shipping is $1.45 USD. This includes international shipping as well. For US customers, USPS Priority shipping is available for $4.95.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Paypal only. After your confirm your order details, you will be redirected to Paypal.com to make the payment. You don't need to have a Paypal account, Paypal accepts most major credit cards. Or you can visit our Amazon store, to place your order through Amazon.com.

Why is the product price and shipping price different on Amazon?

Amazon did not allow us to change the $4.99 shipping price. Since it doesn't cost us that much for shipping, to compensate, we listed the product for less price.

From where does this item ship?

We ship from Northern California.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

It depends on the shipping address. For within the US, the item should be delivered in 2-5 days. For international orders, it greatly varies, anywhere from 5 days to 15 days. If you selected Priority Mail, it should be delivered in 2 days.

I just placed my order. Can I change the item quantity or shipping method?

We are sorry, you cannot. We would like all the payments to be automatically taken care of by Paypal. We cannot make additional charges (or refunds).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Please send us an email with your order details. If we haven't shipped out the item, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

I don't like your product. Can I return it for a refund?

We are sorry you didn't like the product. Yes, you can return it. Even if it is used, send it to us within two weeks of placing the order, and we will issue a refund. Please remember, shipping cost will not be refunded. And return shipping is your responsibility.

I am having problems placing my order online.

Please send us an email explaining the problem you are experiencing. We will be happy to help you give us your money.

Please check your spam/junk email folder for your order/payment confirmation emails. If you cannot find it, please contact us with your order number (if you have it), date the order was placed, and your email address.

Why do you have non-profit ads on the website?

We are pretty sure no one is going to pay us for ad space. So we thought why not use it for some good cause.

Can I submit a non-profit ad, will you put it up on your website?

Yes. Please get in touch with us using the Contact Us form. If we approve the ad, we will place it on our site for free, for 2-4 weeks. Please note, anything that is remotely to do with politics, race, religion, war, etc will most definitely be rejected.
